Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments work on DesiRoleplay.app (the "Service"), operated by Soul Patcher. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1. All sales are final
The Service sells digital goods — message credits and subscription access — that are delivered electronically and consumed within the app. Because these are digital products made available to you instantly, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or in the limited technical-error case described in Section 5.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, unused credits, dissatisfaction with AI-generated responses, or partial use of a subscription period.
2. Digital delivery
This is a purely digital service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
- Credits are added to your account balance immediately after a successful payment.
- Subscription benefits (higher daily message limits and monthly credits) activate immediately once payment is confirmed.
- You can see your current balance and plan at any time in your account.
3. Credit packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Once credits are added to your account they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Credits are used for optional features such as voice replies, images, and voice calls. Spending credits is always your choice and is shown before each action.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions (Pro and Premium, billed monthly or yearly) are charged in advance for the full billing period and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep your benefits until then.
- We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
- Subscription fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable.
We send a reminder before a subscription renews so a renewal is never a surprise. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
5. Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged but the corresponding credits or subscription were not delivered, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, this is not covered by the "all sales final" rule above — we will investigate and correct it.
Contact epoch.feedback@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge with your registered email and the payment reference. Where we confirm a duplicate or failed-delivery charge, we will reverse it to your original payment method. Refunds, when due, are typically processed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or card issuer.
6. How to cancel
To cancel a subscription, open your account settings in the app and choose to cancel your plan. You will keep access until the end of the current paid period.
